Asshole of the Day

Some asshole from B.C. was on the radio this afternoon complaining about the fact that Home Depot sponsored the building of a playground for the kiddies at their school.

This incredibly fragile individual:

said he first became uncomfortable with the Home Depot presence in the school during a "meet the teacher" evening, where parent volunteers involved with the playground project were all wearing Home Depot aprons inside the school.

What a crime!

Even more worrisome..

A number of kids were also playing with orange promotional Home Depot hammers.

Yikes. Next thing you know these poor kids might even start a construction project instead of going begging to the legislature for handouts like a bunch of Ontario farmers (people have rights, you know.)

Where is this place in B.C.? I want to move there with my kids. One of the crackpots from this "movement" said hearing the kids sing the Home Depot song was "very disturbing". I'll remember that the next time I hear my kid playing that "You don't really wanna fuck with me, only nigger that I trust is me" song.

It's no surprise that this particular crackpot also claims to be a mind reader....

Now all these children just think Home Depot is the be all and end all.

Yeah right, like learning a song in school these days has such an impact. If that were true then all we would have to do is compose a whole bunch of different songs for all the things we want our kids to worship... like the do-your-homework song, the eat-your-vegetables song, the look-both-ways-before-crossing-the-street song, the don't-smoke-and-drink-and-do-drugs-and-have-sex-and-listen-to-rap-music song and the believe-all-government-propaganda-about-second-hand-smoke-and-the-one-ton-challenge-horseshit-and-the-ignorance-of-the-law-is-no-excuse-before-the-law song.
