Handicapped Parking Outlaws - the Solution
Dear Larry,
I can understand your distress at having to witness such ruthless and wilfull disregard for the rights of the handicapped. Here is one sure-fire way of preventing such abuses. Start using the handicapped parking spots yourself. If your car is parked in the handicapped zone these abusers will have to park elsewhere. This way you will be providing a public service at the same time as giving yourself more convenient access to the very same malls and grocery stores.
I have been doing this for years and it really works.
