Handicapped Parking Outlaws - the Problem
Dear Joe,
I have a problem with people who park in handi-capped zones at grocery stores and malls.
I will often see people parking in these spots who then get out of their cars and run into the stores. Or I will see them come back out of these places carrying huge bundles of stuff.
Don't these people realize those spots are reserved for people who have disabilities?
